Lawn Care

Lawn Care:

Spring Clean-Up: (April 15th to May 15th)
- Sweep Lawn, Blow Beds, Power Raking (Dethatching) & Haul Debris
Lawn Mowing: (May 16th to Sept 30th)
- Mowing, Trimming, Blowing & Litter Pick-up.
Fall Clean-Up: (Oct 1st to Oct 31st)
- Weekly, Blow Beds, Mowing, & Haul Debris.

Landscape Maintenance

Minor Pruning: Dead, diseased, broken & low branches removed annually.
Perennials: cut back in early spring or late fall, plant depending.
Fertilizer:
- Evaluated monthly and applied as necessary.
- 25-10-12-5 (spring & summer), 14-16-10-12 (fall)
Weed Control:
- Evaluated monthly and applied as necessary.
- Non-selective chemicals are used in areas where no vegetation is desired.
- Selective chemicals are used in lawn areas with excessive weeds.
Aeration: Core aerate lawn areas to reduce soil compaction twice per season.
Cultivation: dirt beds shall be turned. Bed edges and tree well edges re-defined.
